WELL.. you didn't say how old the son is but I'm going to assume that he is old enough to undersatnd what drug abuse is about. Make it plain to the son that if anything comes up missing that he is going to be responsible for it. Also let the ex husband know that if anything comes up missing that you are going to have him arrested. Place your valueables in a safe and hide it. The son may be doing it just out of spite.
(If your g/f has sole legal custody then try to get a res. order, let the son know that you will drop him off to see his father and pick him up, don't forget to take his house key while hes gone. Thus giving the crackhead no acces to your home.)

You dont say the age of the child, but we can assume it is old enough to watch themself.
Lay down the simple rule, no one inside the house when you are not home. If this is not adhered to, get a restraining order, any visitation can then handled by transfer at the police dept!

First can you change the locks?Court visitation usually has to-for the safety of the child-have an adult there,at pickups, and drop offs. Please have her check her papers, but something needs to be done!!Maybe you can explain to the son, that You don't go to the father's house when he isn't home, and that is being respectful of other people's stuff.Hope that helps.Good Luck!

Get a restraining order to enforce the custody order from the courts. Another way to deal with that jerk, is to report him to the police for being in possession of crack.
He is definately not a good influence on the child.

Either get a court order to stop him coming to your house or encourage him to pick the kid up when you are there. It is the boy's father after all and so whatever you do be careful not to come off as the bad guy yourself or he may choose his dad over you.

Sounds like you have some control issues regarding the ex's visitation rights.

How old is your son?? Sounds kind of strange if he is old enough to be left alone he does not heed what his parents tell him.
