I have to disagree. We, the public, certainly are NOT entitled to disturb the resting place of someone who had died and been put to rest. What would make you think we have the right to exhume her body? WE have none, and a judge would laugh at the notion. She is dead, whether she was drugged, drunk, whatever the case may be, it isn't going to bring her back, so she needs to at least be granted the decency to rest in peace. No major advances have come about in the last 10 years that would make any bit if difference. Toxicology had been about the same for a number of years.
And the hastiness of her burial isn't up for our debate either. her family had the funeral and burial according to their wishes, not ours.
Leave well enough alone and the dead rest in peace.

Surely another PM would only be justified if there was any chance that she was drugged and I don't believe this has ever been raised? I can't understand what you thik would justify another PM sorry.
Surely it is time to let the past be inthe past and move on with life, we, as common citizen's will never ever know the full truth of that fateful night or indeed if anything went on that should not have but it is in the past, no matter how many people fight or argue over this nobody can bring her back and it is time people moved on and not so much forget her because she touched too many people's hearts for that to happen but remember her soul for what she was and what she believed in.

Diana's body was embalmed - almost impossible for any other information to be obtained since the body is cleansed and disinfected. It's been so long, as you say nearly 10 years now - if it were possible to do anything further I would be in complete agreement with it since it's inconclusive but, it's pretty much an impossibility.
There are other wonderful people in our past who have left us far too soon and with mystery, should we be asking for new evidence from their passings? I don't think their families would want any further pain. My cousin was murdered last year in August and I know that I want her to rest in peace now. I couldn't bare for her to be exhumed and tested on again, but that may still have to happen since the evidence is inconclusive in her case too.

Whether it was murder or a tragic accident I doubt the public will ever know for a fact and whatever the official reports say no one will ever agree.
But there's no point in a second autopsy, after ten years there'll be nothing left to examine. Besides, how upsetting do you think that would be for her sons?

let it go, i grant you it was sad but it was an accident. 10 years ago and were still harping on about it....the only people that gain out of this is the tabloids. Are there really not anymore more important up to date issues we could be talking about? I feel a bit sorry for her sons, it must bring the hurt back to see her picture in the papers again and would they really want to see their mum 'dug up'?

We all know what really happened do we really need another inquest with all the lies and cover ups. Even with another inquests do you really think they will let Joe Pulic know the truth???
Not likely.
The MI5 and MI6 will cover up what they need to or want to regardless of what the public want. The play their own game and dont care about the consequenses.
I dont believe that her death was an accident but I know that we willl never know the truth as they dont want us to know.

As with anyone famous with uncertian circumstances about his/her death; if someone or someones do not want the real answers to come out they won't.
In my opinion it is that we should let her lie in peace.
Even if you were to get the "real" answers it won't bring him/her back.

If you're still thinking about this ten later years later, you need to get yourself a real life.
