It shouldn't be a problem. It's just the suction caused when the bowl is flushed is good and strong and when the water level is at the end, it sucks air as well as the water.

Its just air breaking through the water in the trap. When flushed the water passes from the bowl through the trap and into the sewer line. When the water in the bowl is lower than any part of the trap, it allows air to pass through making a gurgling noise as it does. Once the vacuum through the trap to the main line is broken the noise stops.
