It's a reference to an upcoming movie. "Clerks 2" actually had a guy wearing a t-shirt that referred to this movie. Kinda weird to see a t-shirt for a movie that wasn't made yet, eh?

In whatever form of competition being discussed, they could easily win -- probably by a large margin -- over Rnger Danger.

It will all depend on the context in which it was said. It might mean that THEY can beat Rnger Danger easily. (BEAT as in WIN and not as in assault)
