No sweetie they really don't. As a matter of fact you lose 10 calories per smoke and almost 100 for a joint. Bad way to lose weight.

THATS really funny because i quit smoking on the first... i also started a diet where i am trying to record my calorie intake... so, while quitting i stuck a cigarette butt in my mouth and started chewing on it & i was wondering the same thing... i actually decided NOT to eat it, which i was seriously considering, i wanted to smoke so bad... but had no clue what to write down for it, so i just chewed it up and spit it out (then i had to brush & floss my teeth, coz i got tobacco in my mouth)
chewing on the cigarette was oddly satisfying!

Hi Hottie,
While I don't advocate smoking, cigarettes have no calories; and in fact, many people smoke because they say it reduces their appetite.

No there is no calorific value absorbed by inhaling smoke.
If you ate the cigarettes then sure then there'd be a calorific content absorbed but I think it'd make you very sick!

No. Actually people gain weight when they stop smoking b/c they say the food tastes better.
