I went through the same thing and I had a very unsympathetic doctor who told me that morning sickness past week 20 meant it was in my head. He gave me dirty looks when I had to go into his office to be fingered up each week because I had to carry a barf bag. He told me I was more anxious than most. I feel for you. I lost a lot of weight in my pregnancy, had a 10 lbs baby and only gained 14 lbs. This was all at the end and due to water, and my freak doctor told me that when I gained 6lbs in one week I was eating too much. It was hard and I cried my eyes out the last week*was one week overdue). I had an unnecessary C section because the doctor was tired and all I can tell you is that my exhausition, pain, TORTURE, all disappeared when I saw my baby. I would have another in a minute. bite your lip, gather up all the strength you have and fight fight fight... It is worth it all .

Food can be a real challenge. Some folks have abnormal cravings (which are a body's cry for something, but we often don't know exactly what) Other folks have serious sickness. The hormonal change is striking, and upsets everything else. Your "wanting to cry all the time" sounds like it might indicate a "B" vitamin deficiency. A little nutritional yeast (get the good stuff, it is about $7/pound, but a pound goes a long way) maybe in a glass of V-8, might go a long way toward settling things down. Talk to your body, and listen to it's advice. Maybe cold food, maybe hot food (something specific,- like V-8 juice). If none of these ideas sounds good to you, try to get to a library or health food store and look over PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING by the Balch's. (They are a couple, her name is Phyllis I forget his) It is very good, and gives advice for your exact situation.

Yes of direction it's good enough to stroll/blank. 37 weeks your youngster is regarded complete time period. I would not do whatever else to self set off even though, it would be damaging. You're scaring me even though, I am 35 weeks and I am so depressing, I can not assume what it's going to be like in two weeks!!! Good good fortune!

you feel like crying because of your hormones..trust me..my husband could not deal with me when i was reaching the end of my pregnancies..he would say one thing the wrong way..and all of the sudden I'd be crying
as for the food..this is normal too..ask your dr about it and he will most likely give you a pill to take to ease it for you...but in the mean time..take some tums and see if it will help.
