Is there any way to play PSP games on PC?

no, but you can hook up a thing to the sscren and watch on your tv. i'm not sure what they are called, but they are $50 at amazon. something like a psp tv adapter or something

there is a possibility. search for psp emulators. i doubt that they have made one this early but you can try any way. if you want to download games for it you must have bittorrent because some of the good games come in groups with other games. *some games are demos*
