Fable was a great game and if you like role playing games where you choose your fate and path, then I would recommend Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2. These games had me hooked for hours. I can remember being so evil in Fable that I grew devils horns from killing so many people. In the Star Wars role playing game the more evil deeds you do, you gain dark side points. Where if your good two shoes, then you gain light side points of the force. The graphics are really good, and it has some decent puzzles built in. Plus the sound effects and dialogue grip you into the storyline.
Every decision in the game can lead to a different overall result, so save often, as some things are irreversible. You will be pleased with these two titles trust me. Excellent question by the way as I was a big fan of the fable series!

Try The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion and by the way, Fable sucks comparedto Oblivion.

i would go with the knights of the old republic games, and of course if your system is good enough elder scrolls 4 oblivion. tes 4 oblivion is my FAVORITE GAME OF ALL TIME
