sounds to me like lime scale bleach will only lighten it you need to use a spesific lime scale remover like cillit bang and give it scrub keep pourin cleaner over it and leave for 15 mins then more cleaner leave 15 mins then good scrub and flush also regular use of toilet bloos and tablets are a good idea to stop it happenin again

This will absolutely work. Get a pumice stone. Turn the water off and give the toilet a couple of flushes if you don't want to work in the water. Now just scrub the stains with the pumice stone. Takes a little elbow grease and you kinda have your face in the toilet but it will definitely remove the stains.

Clorox toilet bowl cleaner. Squeeze into bowl let set at least 5 minutes. It should take the stain out. If it just lightens it do it again every couple days until stain is gone!

Turn the water off, flush the toilet, to let all the water out, grab some rubber gloves, Comet cleanser, and a green scrubby pad and that toilet should come clean.

You can use caustic soda, bleach or a proprietary brand of loo cleaner like Harpic, once the staining has gone then use a limescale remover You may have to use rubber gloves and a scourer if the stains are really stubborn. WARNING-DO NOT MIX ANY OF THESE CHEMICALS OR USE THEM IF SCOURING BY HAND.
