i don't know about asia, but i have used whipped cream and honey to make a woman a desert

There are a few exclusive gentlemens clubs in Japan and Thailand that I know of for certain and I think there are some in other parts of the Orient as well, that do have women as "plates". Mostly there are places were the majority of food is served cold or at room temperature (fresly cooked food would burn the flesh). Sushi and Sashimi are traditionally the foods served in such a manner and eaten with chopsticks. It is an interesting experience.

they do this in many countries a a party piece, in Asia its probably more common for entertaining clients etc for rich business men. but i went to a masquerade ball recently and they had naked women with strategically placed sushi for the guests. good talking point.
after reading above answer maybe i was wrong about asia, and i'd like to say it didn't 'shock' the guest at the ball i attended, people just thought it was a good party piece.

No. However there was one isolated incident in Japan where they placed sushi on women bodies. This shocked Asians as much as westerners would be shocked and is definitely not the norm.

I saw this done once on TV in a Japanese restaurant. It is an interesting commentary on what some people will do for money and what some rich people will do for kicks.

O Yea peaches, you can start of eating a breast and work your way down to the salad and then have fresh water clams
