Yes the rainbow has been a symbol of homosexuality for a while now and yes its also a symbol of God's way of saying he wont destroy the earth with water again....homosexuals adopted the rainbow to show their colorful personality's.

I have not heard of this; but if this is the case, then I deem it is because of the colourful and carefree personality that it might symbolise, due to its ROY G BIV colours and some people deem it opposite to a man's personality. I do not agree though.
