Don't you think that's the stupidest commercial you've ever heard? I'm an easy customer, but only I know how much cream and sugar I want in a particular cup of coffee. Nothing against McDonald's people -- I wouldn't want the head chef of a gourmet restaurant deciding how much cream and sugar to put in my coffee either!

I totally agree with you. People think it will make their life easier but when they put the sugar and cream all wrong in there the complaining will just take longer than them actually putting the cream and sugar in there themselves! I think it is just another way for Mcdonald's to get some attention and make business. Ha, like it needs any more....

When have you ever gone into a fast food place and seen the employee's dancing or acting like those in the commercials?
Their aimed at the kids, because parents tend to give into the kids when it is time to eat. Yes, even when it is coffee, because the kids think you'll like that and want to take them to try it out.

You know, I used to work at McDonalds in High School, and the outrage that would come out over people asking for no pickles or no salt would produce the worse actions being taken.

I don't want an extra serving of spit coming with my coffee so I will just do it myself.

They do ask how many cream and sugar you want in your coffee.
They put it in for. I think it is great. When I go to the drive throw, I don't have to pull over to add it myself. You can't do that while driving. At least I hope you don't. So I think it is a smart idea. You trust the cook to prepare your steak or burger to your liking. It's really the same thing.

I like them adding it for me for three reasons:

1. I don't spill the coffee while trying to do it in the car.
2. The dispose of the trash for me.
3. I tell them exactly how much....3 creams 2 equals. So If they don't give me too little and then I have to tap on the window and hold up the line for the 10 people behind me on their way to work.

I totally agree, I wouldnt want anyone fixing my coffee for me, you never know exactly how much cream or sugar each particular cup needs, thats just something you have to do for yourself, like brushing your teeth

I havent' encountered that coverage yet. Is it only that eating place or the full chain? perhaps that distinctive eating place has some cream and sugar abusers & they have been compelled to do it them selves. I believe you however, i like to characteristic very own too.

I haven't seen the commercial but when you go to D.D. or any other coffee shop they fix your coffee for you, or is that just a New England thing ?
