Are you asking if He answers? Yes He does but not in words or thunderclaps. In my experience God talks to us more in our hearts. After my Mother died I always wondered if she would be in Heaven when I got there. I prayed many times but one day when my mind was calm and receptive, God gave me an overwhelming sense of peace and a knowledge that she would indeed be there. No words or "signs". I have not a minuscule amount of doubt now. That was my answer, if you want your own just pray, study his word and fellowship with others!

Wanna hear something freaky? I don't usually like sharing this but...when I was 17 I got pregnant. My mother made me abort the child. When I was 19 I got pregnant again(OK so I never learned), I decided to keep the baby no matter what. One day I was "talking" to God and I heard this deep voice say, "An eye for an eye". Six months later, I lost my baby during delivery. Do I believe that he actually talked to me? Yes. It could of been guilt from the abortion, but I HEARD a voice. I don't share this with anyone. It kinda freaks me out. I lost my little girl that day and I attribute it to the voice I heard. I am now married and have 1 child and have not been able to get pregnant since(15 years). Weird. Like he gave me one more chance. My child is the most important and loved child in the world. I appreciate her more then other parents appreciate theirs. I learned a heck of a lesson.

I ever pray to God. Is that considered talking with God ? I am not sure. It only makes me feel a little bit better and peaceful.

We don't see God, then how can we talk to god ? It is wrong to tell a lie. If we talk to self and get a message from the self, it does not mean god. Conscience is not God. God is divine, man is finite. There is no need to trick ourselves to feel that we have talked to god. It is time we know our limitations and the truth. Maybe we are not worthy to see him, then how can we talk to him ?

I talk to God all the time. Being a Christian I believe that God is my father and he knows everything and he loves and protects us.God is good and if you walk with him and talk to him your prayers will be answered somedays.Good luck to you and God Bless you.

As a child I was prone to believing that by praying I was talking to God, but now I know better.

All the dang time!
I enjoy conversations with Ullr, Enki, Thoth, Hermes, Kharkadahn, even Kernunnos (though He doesn't use words much). I try to have conversations with YHVH, but His problem is the opposite...I can't get a thought in edgewise, He won't shut up!!!
Still, it is a pretty good feeling.......

When you talk to God, it is called praying. When God talks to you, that is called schizophrenia.
