Jack finds out Kate & Sawyer are together. He has to operate on the Others Leader. While they are in the middle of surgery Jack purposely makes a mistake & tells them if they don't let Kate & Sawyer go he'll let the Leader die. The problem is they are on a different island from the other survivors. The rest of the season starts back up in Feb.
