I need to know whether women feel the movement of semen inside them ? if yes just explain how?

No, with as minute as semen is, I would think it would be impossible to feel them moving at all. Doctors have to use a microscope to even SEE them moving.

No, I have never felt it move around inside and my husband and I have a 12 and 6 y/o.

no and even if we could it would be dead near impossible. Did you ever stop to think how fast you shoot out those little piranha of yours? I would guess at a 123 (guessing) miles per hour and how am I supposed to feel that or even stop it with a tube that has no more than two holes?

No. In order for movement to be felt, each individual sperm would have to be much bigger than the micro-speck it is.
