its called a top up swipe card. most good newagents or the voda shop will have them. just follow the instructions on the card to register it to your number.

You could go to a Vodafone shop, or a shop that does all networks, like Phones 4 u, or The Carphone Warehouse.
Some sweet shops do them, as they are free, until you want to put money on them.

You don't need a card these days. Go to a supermarket and pay to top up to that network. Ring the network and input the number on your receipt.

they normally come in the box,
or they are normally available in local offlisences for free, you register them to your fone, then just take them to the shop and ask for certain amounts of credit to be put on.
