I love making Sizzling Chicken Fajitas, not only is the smell and flavour delicious but I love the sound of the dish sizzling away as I serve it and the appreciative oohs and aahs from the recipients of my culinary triumph. :o) I cook it at least once a month to make it a special treat.

I'd have to say lasagna is my best dish. I make it with two or three meats. I mix hamburger with ground italian sausage and sometimes I add pepperoni. I use three cheeses, ricotta, mozarella and provolone. I add mushrooms if the people I'm cooking for like them.

Pizza. Quite often. I like to use lots of mushrooms, lots of pepper. Cream cheese instead of normal. And I like to do it upside down like they do in Chicago. The key is to use breadcrumbs to stop it going soggy.

Grilled cheese sandwiches.. and sometimes I even add tuna. hehe I know that sounds a little weak, but if you tried one of mine.. you would understand the hype. As far as frequency goes, let's just say when they want a delicious sandwhich.. they call on me = P

mac and cheese. (not from the box) I usually make it four times per year for 3 picnics and a family dinner. my whole family busts on me because i once stupidly called it my 'speciality'.
