I think you need to read about basic computer terms, because that basically makes no sense at all.

However, if I try to interpret what you really meant to ask as, "How can I get to the myspace webpage when the current proxy being used blocks the traffic?", the answer is simply to change the proxy to a different one.

I don't get it. An ISP can block how many proxy sites. There are lots of them on the internet. One which i normally use is
