Is it wrong for a girl to be concious of her weight around her boy friend?

It is not so much wrong Hon, just human nature. Especially if your b/friend does not help matters. Some guys don't know how to make us feel better about ourselves. They could help matters by complimenting us more, but they just don't get it! You basically have to have more self confidence, and if you do have a weight problem (be it over or under weight), you then have to start concentrating on your GOOD features, such as hair, eyes etc. That way you can build you own confidence up in your good areas, and stop concentrating on your bad points. (or those you think are bad!) Good luck Hon. There are few people out there who don't have something about themselves that they hate. (I mean, imagine being Paris Hilton with no brain!)

no it just means she's self conscious and needs to concentrate on her boy friend instead of herself.

I guess not. But if her boyfriend is any kind of man, he wouldn't care about such things.
