I think so, because it is possible that Europa has volcanic vents close to the rocky surface and even on earth we have creatures that exist by staying close to the vents beneath the surface of the oceans and seas.

I do not believe so because Europa is so close to Jupiter's lethal radiation belt which would kill all life before it could even get started unless whatever is beneath the ice has a high level of resistance to radiation

An advanced eukaryotic vertebrate would have to have a lot of ATP to do life processes like DNA synthesis. Fermentation without O2 only produces 2 ATP per cycle. Aerobic respiration with O2 produces 36 ATP per cycle. Since there is no O2 on Europa, it would be impossible for a fish like eukaryote to survive right now.

Why not, seen the vents on earth no light lots of advanced life
it's deep though the ice is really thick
and as far as I know we still don't know for sure that
the core is liquid let alone if it's just water
anything could be in there
but yeah I reckon life can originate anywhere
you should see my drains
