Okay... here's my reasoning..
Staring is a sign of aggression, so they may feel as if they are intimidating you, and don't want to do that... its not about pressure, well until you tell them to have a meaningful conversation... then they will choke up..lol
now looking deep into your eyes I could do for a long time.. but staring is different.

I would end up dieing from starvation if you ever looked into my eyes and I would just look back at them forever, I woul not be able to let that beautiful site ever out of my eyes sight
