If you really want to and do not fear change then you will, yes.
If there is a part of your life that you do not like then do not live it!
You need a plan man -consider what kind of way you would like to earn money -there's an unbelievable number of things to do outthere! bear in mind any qualifications you may have already, and any that you may need to get the job you want. Once you have your objective, set out the steps you need to get there, and then get going.
You could try something more random and more rewarding like working as an aid worker in the third world -there's just so much information available on the internet, spend time searching and you will find something that gets you interested.
And in the meantime, try and come up with an world saving invention that will mean you never have to work again!

You have many choices available. Even though you didn't mention your skills or educational training, you can look into the market for new jobs. I'm assuming there is no opportunity at your current place of employment.
Your other alternative is to make your success happen. Have you considered a home based business? Many Universities have courses on multi-level marketing. It can be a viable alternative, if you are willing to put the work into it. There is no free lunch. No work, no money. If you would like to know more, then email me and I will show you something legit.

it's always better to find a job when you have a job....potential employers will have a lot more respect for you when you are already employed than if you're on the skids...
but it also takes time to job hunt....so do your best at multitasking
in my opinion, a company that has a hard time paying its employees on time is either a) dishonest, b) in financial trouble, or c) a combination of the two
work hard RIGHT NOW at finding something better but don't quit your present job before you find a new one

should submit your resume to leading jobsite like www.monster.com, www.careerbuilder.com. Also you should consult local placement consultant in your area. In the meantime, look out for an option to work online. Although it wont pay you like full time job but you can make extra cash in your spare time. I am a part time worker doing work online at home, so I would like to share a link where you can make $600-$1500 in a month working at home. The work need to be done is posting/answering a discussion and uploading any photo/image of your interest. For details visit
http://ommc.blogspot.com
I will publish few more genuine site in couple of weeks, where you can earn money. You may also write to me at talkofmoney@rediffmail.com (Note: When u are planning for a home based online work, be careful because most of them are scam and ask you to pay initial money. never pay money to any such site.)

That is entirely up to you. If you want a better paying job you will need to be proactive and start looking. It is doubtful that a job will come looking for you.

Yes, if you look for something better, apply for jobs and get one of them. Only you can make it better. Perhaps you should join a job agency and start seriously looking for something better...

Apply for as many jobs as possible. Something will come along when you least expect it.
