Well, he's being payed to be a service manager, not be on the computer all day. I would, personally, but you have to watch ratting people out. They tend to not like it, and if he's YOUR boss, or in good with the other head honchos, I'd watch out!

Depends how much of a friend they are. If you don't like them, by all means grass them up. If they are a friend, I'd have a friendly word, and say they need to stop it before someone else grasses them up. If you've noticed, I should think others have too.
