Hi there, I work in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. I see lots of young girls gets swindled out of their money, time and self esteem. What you need to realize is that there are hundreds of websites that pray on young people and also take their money. Having worked with models and actors I can give you one fail safe piece of advice. You should NEVER have to pay anyone a dime to represent you. EVER! If you are of the calibur of a model then the only thing I would invest in are photos. You don't have to spend alot of money as most scouts can spot a pretty face and body even if the pictures are not professional or your book is not professional. The first thing I would assess is if you are model material. Are you tall? Thin...you must be at least a certain height and weight before an agent will consider you. Kate Moss is an exception but for the most part you must be quite tall. Secondly, I would recommend starting local. The UK...especially in London has some great agencies, try to find them, call and ask if they have open calls. Tell them you are 14 and want to drop off pix. I would have someone take pix if you havent already started a book. Anyway that is my advice. There are many agenicies in NY and LA and all over europe that have websites...most of those list their current models but you might be able to get a contact email from the websites and contact someone about sending your photo. Again, anytime someone says...I will represent you but you have to pay me upfront...they are not legitimate.

Storm? If you do an internet search you are bound to some lots but make sure you get your parents involved and go to a reputable agency.
