my office is using novell netware...so i want know if the software...is scanning/detecting/motoring/ recording any of my activity...like the sites and emails i sent....and also how can i temporarily switch it off (netware)...?....okies.

You can't "temporarily switch off" Netware -- it's a Network Operating System. The piece that's running on your PC is simply the client that attaches you to the network and if it's not running, you don't have access to anything.

And yes, your employer can monitor everything that you do on your computer if they want to.
