Accomplishment would be high on the ladder but I would say the difference I make in someones life. To see someone get what they desired and to know I played a role in helping them obtain that is a great feeling!
By the way I work as a Recruiter....and it is fulfilling satisfying Companies and Candidates needs and desires.

Client Contact - Working in the office and hanging on the phone all day while shuffling paperwork is fine for a while but getting out there and making personal contact with the client is the best part of my job because that is when the relationship is built.

the most exciting aspect of your job if you work is meeting new people....and of coarse get a high salary...hahahahahaha....
of all those trials you've encounter and hardship you do when you were doing your best to get on that point....

In my job it is the challenge and perfoming well under pressure. Im in emergency services - fire. Never a dull moment!

Knowing the someday my research will be made national and even though I won't get credit for it (the prof will), somebody will see it.
