i was thinking along the lines of shelter and warmth-the characteristics of a human dwelling that are required?!

They have to be windproof, rainproof, free of mould, in a habitable condition, sanitary, structurally safe and any gas or electric appliances wiring and fittings have to be safe too. Ok?

It's dry, light, warm in winter cool in summer, there's a huge sofa and 2 bottles of wine (red).
