This is a good question everyone should read that is interested. Your stomach muscles are already there and used everyday. Yea you can make them stronger by doing crunches, sit ups and everything else, but only one thing gives you that six pack look. Body fat. Notice someone can do a million crunches a day but if they have a good amount of body fat the six pack will never show. The only way to have that look is by decreasing total body fat. Ever seen a person with more than normal body fat yet have a six pack? it doenst happen. So do sit ups crunches and whatever, but decrease your body fat to get the look.
