I would never purchase anything so expensive as a house without either looking at it myself or having someone familiar with houses that I trusted to check it out. There are too many ways in which you can get taken. That is the down side. I can't think of a positive side to purchasing on-line without checking out the purchase.

What would be cool is if there was a way to see inside the home with like a virtual camera, seeing everything in real time, then you would never even need to leave the house to buy anything lol

Fish, like ourselves, might desire to breath air (oxygen). the challenge with putting a fish right into a polythene bag and sealing it incredibly is that the quantity of air interior the gap above the water point and the air subtle interior the water won't be sufficient to maintain the undesirable element alive in the process the transportation era. additionally fish are very vulnerable to temperature replace, so if the kit is uncovered to warmth you will possibly acquire a par-boiled fish. for my area I decide to purchase from a competent aquarium broker the place I cam see the fish that i elect over a era of a few days until now procuring it. some respected on line sellers do definitely over oxygenate the water previous to shipment yet transit time might desire to incredibly be saved to a minimum. applications are often nicely secure and marked with something like 'stay fish, handle gently'. good success
