If you have lasted this long, you will sure get over it! This is life! You will continue to be you, no matter what number you attach to your age. Besides, does it really matter?

You have two choices; one you bite the bullet and carry on with your life, two you worry about it and stress yourself sick and no matter what you will become and pass that age!

It's your choice buddy!

It is nothing but a number. With today's medical advances, you will live another 50 or more. When I turned 50 I just took it as another year closer to retirement. I am now 52 and still feel as much engergy I had when I was 25.

I felt that way at 30, and I am now 69. I got over it when I realized that time moves on and there is nothing I could do to stop it, so I decided to make the best of it and not get me down. It worked, and I am still going strong. Good luck!!

Chow!!

dont feel alone in this.. everyone, men and women alike , go thru exactly what your going thru now some time during life. The best way to handle it in my personal belief is to not focus on the " number " but rather focus on " Life " , meaning this... your turning fifty, but thats just a number. you can still be as actively involved in life as you choose to be. My father is sixty-three, had a triple by-bypass two years ago, guess what he is doing ? goes camping, boating, fishing, hangs out at the fire-company, is actively involved within the community. your life isnot halfover just because you reached a number. thats my point here. i wish you much happiness and hope i have helped.

Make sure to get your tombstone and casket picked out, so your loved ones don't have to deal with all the minor details.

Just be glad if you make it.....Or you could get divorced, buy a convertible corvette and start dating someone half your age.
