i think u cant change it.u must reinstall windows xp

follow these steps if you have some users without password
Restart the PC in "save mode" by pressing the F8 key while booting and select safe mode.
then select the user without password to open the PC
when its ready go to control panel then choose Remove password. Good luck

Run > CMD > type "net user administrator (or what ever your admin user name is) *" [so it looks something like this "net user administrator *"] hit "enter" then enter the password of your choice and confirm it.
Of course if your not logged on then you can't do this. You'll have to crack it some other way.

you 2 way:
1- from start menu go to control panel, user account, create a new user for default it has administrator permission.
2- on my computer right click>manage>local users and group users>administrator( right click and set password)

log in ur consumer desire u r a parallel admin now correct click on at the icon of my laptop on computing device cross to control choose it new window looks inthis window choose the customers icon at the left choose the administrator consumer factor and deleat it now u r the fundamental administrator n no othe administrator or correct click on on d administrator icon n get rid of password n set a brand new one

I beleive you have to reinstall the windows, but first connect you hard disk to another computer as an external hard disk and make a backup for your data.
