I want to go to a bar, but i'm going alone... is this stupid? I might be able to have 1 drink, because i'll be driving.... is it worth going to a bar if you're going alone and driving?

I do it all the time. Alchohol makes it easier to talk to the strangers you will meet there. And it you get too drunk to drive, you can always call a cab!

It's not stupid to go to a bar alone, and many people do it. As long as you go to something that doesn't look like a trendy club/bar, then you'll find many others who do the same.
But if you're going to drink, don't drive. No point in risking your license, or risking the lives of others for a drink.

Never go to a bar alone. Too many weirdos out there. Anyone can slip ya a mickey or something maybe even worse. A bar is a dangerous place if you don't know what your doing. People can pick newbys out. Be carefull and always pack heat.

Naw, go to a bar close enough to walk to or save money for a cab home. Go get trashed, make a fool of yourself, and most of all, have a great ime. Don't bring anyone home with ya, and don't drive are the most important things to worry bout. Have fun!

going to a bar alone really isnt stupid but would be wise to take someone with you or meet someone there as for drinking one drink you can do it only if you stick with one drink and making sure you eat and wait a couple hours to drive but would be smart if you took a cab or have a sober driver

well not really but with one drink and with food in your belly i dont think you will have a problem but going alone is ok.. I have done that walked to the bar around the corner just to get out of the house. sat by myself and had one or two drinks it was a neighbor hood bar and ever one sat around talking it was cool

No, take a taxi and make a total fool of yourself and then get a taxi home. At least you don't risk an impaired charge.
