Accuracy: How close an answer is to the correct answer
Precision: How close together repeated attempts are.
So something can be accurate without being precise, or precise without being accurate (or, of course, both or neither).

Accuracy is the degree of a given quanity. If the quanity is 50 and the degree of accuracy is plus of minus 3%. Then the quanity has a accuracy 1.5 or quanity equals
48.5 tp 51.5
Precision is the quanity.
