In 1986 President Reagan declared the rose as the national floral emblem, but the United States has no national fruit. Many of the individual states have a State Fruit.

That depends on what you refer to as America. Most people who live south of Corpus Christi, TX, take umbrage at the usurping of the name America to refer exclusively to the United States of America. So for a fruit to represent a whole continent comprising 1/4 of the landmass of the world it seems kind of outrageous.
Along those same lines, I think it would be a better question to inquire what the state fruits of the 48 Continental states and the 2 detached ones. I would imagine that you'll get a better idea of what is grown where. Like in Hawaii you'd have pineapples, in Florida you'd have oranges. In Vermont you'd have apples, in Georgia you'd have peaches, in Massachusetts you'd have cranberries, etc, etc.

You left off the almost $300 billion in tax cuts for citizens and business. Is that just the part you like, or did you leave it off to further your own argument?
