You won't be able to get your Myspace friends back by doing a system restore. I don't think there is a way besides doing it manually.

The easy answer is: no.
The hard answer is: well, if you haven't written over the area of the disk where any file is written, it is possible to recover files on a disk using a program like diskinternals http://www.diskinternals.com/ . However, it probably isn't worth the time, effort, and money to do this.
The science behind it is: each byte of information on your disk has eight bits (zeroes and ones). If something gets deleted, instead of worrying about the entire eight numbers, it simply deletes the last, least insignificant bit. This makes it straightforward to recover data -- because you have seven of the eight bits of information still on your disk to figure out what the original data was.
In the future, create two usernames for your computer -- one for yourself, protected with a password, and one for other users (a "friend" or a "guest" account.) This will help protect your information.

It depends on how your system restore settings are configured. Create a Full Restore point and try going back in steps on 1 week.
If you need any further clarification please get back to me.
