Yeah the crime is increase day by day as it is written in the bible " 2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come." But Capital punishment (or kill a person because he did the crime) is not the solution to the problem. and killing is against God's law. We must let the justice of God prevail God said "Rom 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." If we find person who really did the crime. being captive in a cage(jail) is a good punishment for now, let us him/ her realized what he/she did is wrong ,and let him repent

No, we have no right to punish anyone by capital punishment. The law of the land is not proper. Only "God" has a right to take life. This is man's pride, man's ego that makes him think that he can judge anyone, and pass any verdict. He is supreme.
After capital punishment you discover the man was innocent, what do you do ? Can you give him back his life ? Our judgement system is faulty. We can condemn a innocent person. and we have limited powers. We cannot bring the dead back.
Personally, I feel that punishment should be given to ensure the crime is not committed again. We should finish the 'sin' and not the sinner. We should save the sinner.

Capital Punishment should be reserved for the absolute worse cases of crimes against society---and --- yes---in that context---I am definately For it !! I used to believe that it was wrong and I held to that belief for some time---but in time I began to realize that in Some cases -- there was just no other way for society to declare that justice had been served !! When you have a rabid dog--- you put it down--- and a good deal of these people are no more than----rabid dogs !!!!!

the punishment should fit the crime and the death row inmates shouldn't be on death row for the duration of there life til they die of old age, if we had more of capital punishment ,we wouldn't have as much crime, because most of them or committing the crimes so they can go to prison, its better in there than out here for them....

Capital punishment is cruel and inhuman. There are very few developed and democratic countries that still have it. Unfortunately, the U.S. (or at least some of its states) are amongst those.

Well now, if we, as a people, execute someone for something, I don't think that makes us any better than the person we just executed. I think Capital Punishment should be abolished.

I agree with Larryj. If a person is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, AND they are guilty of some inhumane crime then I'm all for CP.

Capital punishment isn't "punishment" at all. It is an end to punishment.

It's supposed to deter crime not punish it.
It doesn't do either though.

"maximum of usa" thinks that? I heavily doubt that. in certainty, your question is the 1st actual time i've got seen that stated as for. maximum human beings have confidence Eric Holder might desire to be fired. it incredibly is approximately it.
