No they are not God!
And they should never touch a female patient.
And the females who go to a male gynae of whatever reputation should be severely punished & her hairs should be shaven off in the public.
Then these girls will learn a lesson or two in their life and afterlife!!!

Rape is a crime. Rape is not a medical exam, nor is touching someone without their permission. No means NO period. There is a nurse or other witness in the room. The exam is for medical purposes only. If you can not see the difference then you really have a serious problem and should seek help. Your don't make sense at all. Please take your rant, which isn't even a question elsewhere. Why are you asking this over and over again? Your breaking the rules, you can not repeatedly ask the same questions over and over again.
What is your point? You think that you have the right to tell women what they can do? You think you have the right to decide what doctor they go to? Guess what you don't. It's a womens choice which doctor she goes to.
Women have the right to choose who they sleep with as well. No one has the right to force themselves on someone else.
NO ONE.
Sounds to me your bitter about something, especially to some of the people who disagree with you. Shame on you sir!
Your question is offensive, it's not really a question at all. It is wrong to even compare rape to a doctor who is licensed and doing nothing illegal.

There are so many gynae spls male doctors and very intelligent in their field. What u say is totally depends on the individual character of any person. U can't say this abt doctors. There are many black sheeps with bad character in every field for whom their totally community has to face insult. Bad boys are everywhere in society and all communities.

Okay buddy, the difference is a women lets a Dr. touch her there and not a strange man. I personally pick a Dr with the best rep not based on their sexuality as I would hope every women does. Are goal is to get the best treatment possible. Not sexism.

A woman has given the gynecologist her permission to preform the exam, there is a witness present. A rapist does NOT have a womans permission. There is a HUGE difference. It is a womans RIGHT to choose her doctor.
Someone convicted of rape or molestation has done so WITHOUT the consent of the woman, there is a difference. If you can't see that then you are truly ignorant and have the mind of a rapist.
Shame on you. YOU have no right to tell others who they can and can't go to for their medical treatment. You seek a power that is not yours, again exactly what a rapist does, rape is not about sex, it's about power over someone else taking something that is not permitted WITHOUT permission.
There is a difference doctors have witnesses in the room and only check the same way any gynecologist would check regardless of sex, they are professional doctors. Your question quite frankly is ignorant. And compairing such a doctor to a rapist is sick and perverted. There is nothing sexual about a gynecological exam.
It is a womans choice to which doctor she prefers to go to. I would rather go to the best doctor available it does not matter to me what their race, creed or color is.
Rape is not a choice, rape is a crime.
Your views towards women are disturbing at best. Your compairson to rape shows you have the mental capacity to justify rape. Rape is never acceptable. Rape is not a medical exam. Rape is never alright. It is a crime, no one has the right to rape another person ever. Studies show rape isn't about the sex, it's about control over another person and forcibly taking something that doesn't belong to you in an effort to undermine.
Rape is a crime against nature.
Gynecologists go to medical school, they are licensed, they have a nurse or other person present when doing medical exams, they are ethical and do not do anything sexual to a woman. You are delusional to think anything different.
In rare cases there have been doctors who crossed the boudary and touched a woman in a way that was not appropriate to the medical exam. These people are arrested, prosecuted and convicted. Their medical license is stripped and they do jail time.
So it's not acceptable and it's a rare occasion when it does happen. That is what you are reading about. Anyone doing this is CONVICTED and PUNISHED not allowed to be a doctor anywhere anymore. You can not compare these people to a regular gynecologist. It is rare and there is abuse of power in many professions. This is why a WITNESS is present to ensure that there is nothing more than a NORMAL medical exam going on.
Your reference to God is also disturbing, sounds to me like you think rapists are God in a sense??? Hardly, =Religious teachings are very specific about rape. God never condones rape. But he does tell us to take care of our bodies, which includes medical care. NOT RAPE
You are seriously disturbed.
Who are YOU to say that women should go to a woman gynecologist. YOU have no right to tell anyone who they should go to see for their doctor. It is NONE of YOUR business.
By the way, I read your question to my husband who also thinks you are perverted and seriously disturbed... so it's not just women who think you have a problem!
Also, Yahoo Answers is for true questions not for your personal flawed and perverted views
POSTING REPEATED QUESTIONS IS AGAINST THE YAHOO RULES AS WELL

A REAL DOCTOR WOULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FEMALE PATIENTS. I DON'T SAY IT'S IMPOSSIBLE- THERE ARE CRAZY FUC*ING PHYCHOS EVERYWHERE. IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME. I EVEN THINK THAT THE MALE GYNOS ARE A LOT MORE CAREFUL WITH THE FEMALE BODY. THE WOMEN GYNOS ARE RUDE, TOUCH ROUGHER, COS THEY HAVE THE SAME PARTS AND KNOW IT'S NOT SUCH A BIG DEAL. OR AT LEAST THINK SO.

I lived in a city where there weren't any female gynecologists who accepted the health plan I was on. I did go to a male gynecologist and never had any problems with him. He was always very professional and courteous. I never once felt uncomfortable with him. Plus, every examination, there was always a female assistant in there with him.
