An aquaintance of mine joined the corps de ballet of a major national company for $2750/month 2 years ago and is still in the corps de ballet but now earns $3300/month.

Unfortunately, not a lot. When I was dancing I earned more because I was a featured performer and a soloist so in the end I earned more than my line captain but all in all...is wasn't much. But, having said that, the experiences I've had are things most people can't even IMAGINE experiencing and that is worth more than money can buy! It's a great and fun industry and I was fortunate enough to spend my younger years there...too bad everyone can't even if for only one night!

Well my favorite professional dancer who works for Sean Paul and also appeared in Neyo first video and in Juelz Santana "Clockwork" gets payed 25,000 a month
