No there is no harm or conflicts as such, u can very well use two or 3 antiviruses at same time but only thing is the system performance , ur system performance will go down when u install more anti virus softwares

I'm surprised it even let you install two programs. Usually, when that happens, the new one yells at you, telling you to uninstall the old one before continuing.

Two or more AV programs can certainly cause a system to crash, and if it doesn't, will more than likely slow it down. Your system is probably very unsecure, since the AV programs will mostly be preoccupied by each other, and may not to detect new threats (given either has an active shield).

I believe having more than 1 AV will only make them crash and come up with errors you dont have, or they will find each other as viruses.

So you know though, BitDefender has been in the top 3 AV's for a few years now, I use it and have never ever had a problem.

Make it your only one!

I don't run any AV, as I run *BSD/Macs and GNU/Linux PCs upto 50X faster. All the Virus are "114,000 Felon Microsoft Virus Definitions".

If you don't do Microsoft, virus free!

If you do Microsoft, run the hardware router with firewall, PLUS, AVG (Free, if you can read instructions), the crapcleaner, Spybot S&D, Lavasoft Adaware, and Shootthemessenger!

Or, http://pclinuxos.com with it's FREE 5500 games, programs, science suites, Office Suites...more...

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.

besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.

download firefox for free, Just have a try:

they will just see each other as viruses and you will experience system instability which is not good for your computer.. another thing is it will take a lot of your memory up which means less memory to run programs and games... if i where you I'd choose the one you like most and delete the other one
