Just kidding.

I'm speaking menstrually, of course. I've had it for five years, and it was relatively normal for the first two. Since then I've had it three or four times a year. And even then the time intervals in between are not regular. For example, I've had one two months after the previous cycle, and then four months after that one. It's not due to low body fat, either. Of course, I'm not complaining, but it would be nice to satisfy the curiosity.

I'm 18 if you think relative age group matters.

After pondering further I'm also wondering if it would affect fertility. It has to, right? xD

Well you have either evolved or more likely, mutated . Just kidding .

Sounds to me like you may have some sort of a hormonal imbalance going on there. I think you should see a doctor
as it may be a sign of something more serious going on .
Don't be alarmed but it's better to go get checked out so if there is something wrong it's best to catch it in the early
stages then later on when it might be too late to do anything about it.

No, you're fine. Oddly enough, monthly periods are unnecessary for women. Our mothers only had periods on the average of 9 times out of the year, our grandmothers only had them about 7 times a year!
