A bit more information would be helpful but I think your talking about sisha. It is tobacco but mixed with fruit and molasses its smoked from a hookah*water pipe and no not a bong*. It has its origins the middle east and has a variety of flavors. The higher end tobacco is Roman. If you want to know more check out Hooka and Sisha central on the web.
