Congrats!! It takes alot of willpower to quit smoking..I quit on the 15th of Dec..Altho i miss them, I feel so much better,I hope to never light up again!

My dad started smoking when he was 6...no joke...started driving when he was 8...of course this was in the early 40s when times were not easier but more lenient.
I heard the other day that if you can make it 3 days you've got a great chance...and if you make it 21 days you've got it beat. Just don't let something become an 'excuse' for picking another of those things up.
Btw...my father died Christmas Eve, 2005 of emphsemia.....he was 70.
At 16, the age of 70 was old......now at 37....70 is the new 55-60!
Take care of yourself! There's someone on this planet that loves you and you don't even know it!! That always puts a smile on me face. =)
