If its sticking its more likely to be the switch. Using second hand parts even at a garage I'd of thought about £20 would be right.

Most horns are very similiar(even here) it depends on the switch itself, I replaced the one on my chevy for $24 american....but the one on my honda is one of the most expensive I have ever seen as its part of the turn signal/wiper switch and cost me $220...so i would say on average about $200 installed would be about right..I am not sure what the conversion would be but my guess is about half that number with current conversion rates.

Get one from a srap yard or breakers yard. about 5-10 pounds
It's dead easy to change. 2 bolts to undo and 2 wires to connect.
Try spaying it with wd40 first as that might help.

1 hours labour ..around 40 quid if the horns not broke...60 perhaps if it needs a new horn too...

they are pennies secondhand in a scrap yard, all you need is a screwdriver and you can do it yourself!
