Hubby bought me Take That's and I am pleasantly surprised how good it is. Not my usual type of music might I add.

Am I the only one who did not get any music this Christmas!!!
I did buy the Elton John - Captain and the kid, with a voucher I got.
It is a great CD.

I got Sam's town by The Killers, Smells like children by Marilyn Manson, The best of John Cooper Clarke and dvds of the Violent Femmes, Gorillaz and Pink Floyd. Lucky girl.

my husband got me Bon Jovi One Wild Night Live for Christmas. I am a big fan and there are only 2 CDs of theirs that I do not have and this was one of them. Now if he will get me 10000 fan cant be wrong I will have finished the collection. I also got Bullet Boys

The Kooks' Inside in/Inside out but it was a dissapointment. Apart from the three singles on it there was nothing but filler.
Avoid it at all costs.
I also got Paulo Nutini's These Sts which was better but much too short at only ten songs.

I got an oldie but goldie (for me anyway), took me back years to when I rented a grotty room in a grotty house. It is "Almost Blue" by Elvis Costello. In particular "Good Year for the Roses" is evocative as I had just moved out from the marital home.

I didn't receive any for gifts this year, but I bought myself Twisted Sister " A Twisted Christmas". I like the rendition of "Oh Come All Ye Faithful"

My little sis bought me the new eminem cd re-up most people think im strange cause i like all sorts of music ranging from eminem to pusy cat dolls.i just love music old new allsorts even beatles and elvis (only 22).xx
