Every pregnancy is different.. I have 2 boys ages 2 and 8 months.. I though for sure the second time around I was having a girl because everything was so different.. With my first son I craved oranges and burritos. With my second I craved crab and hot wings.. lol.. Their heart rates were completely different as well!.. With my first during the first 1/2 of it I was unhappy all of the time and hated everyone around me and became an angel in the end.. But with my second it was the exact opposite!.. Oh and with my first he wanted to come out early.. ended up coming 2 weeks early and the second was late! lol.. Another thing.. with my first I was a health food junkie! (minus my cravings) I only drank fruit juice, milk and water. I quite caffine all together, stayed away from smokers, took my prenatals religously and ate 3-4 solid meals a day.. He was born with breathing problems and jaundice and had to stay in the NICU for 2 days! My second I was more laid back.. I took prenatals for about 1/2 of the pregnancy, I skipped doctors visits, I drank dr. peppers and I ate what ever I wanted to and towards the end I only ate once a day and never drank any water! He was born strong as an ox! lifted his head right up to look at me while lying on my belly in the hospital! And to top off everything.. my first was born 6 lbs 7 oz and my second was born 7lbs 6 oz! one more crazy opposite to throw in there.... my first born was born 06/04 my second born was born 04/06! Talk about different.. Cant believe that they were both boys! :)

I have two children (age 4 and 1), we are trying for our third baby.
Pregnancy 2nd time around was slightly different, but in a good way. You know alot more, and the midwives just sort of let you get on with it. Although it can be slightly more tiring, as you have your first born to look after.
There was also slight differences in my pregnancies as my first was a boy, and 2nd was a girl. So my morning sickness was different, my bump was a different shape, had terrible heartburn first time.
Good luck, hope all goes well.

It's different emotionally because you have been there before. Physically i think it's different with every pregnancy (i've had 3 full-term). I found that i was always just as excited with every pregnancy. Oh & the anticipation of "the end" being labour is different again - not so scarey next time round.

I have a boy and a girl and my pregnancies were very different. i had way more morning sickness with my 2nd child (my daughter) than i did with my son. Also my face broke out in really bad acne...but I heard an old wives tale once that girls strip you of your beauty..that was definately true for me. The pregnancy on a whole(2nd one) was less daunting because I knew what to expect etc and as for the labour mine was much easier and much quicker. Goodluck!!

Hi, I found all my pregnancies to be different. I felt the movements alot earlier in subsequent pregnancies. Everyone is different, with my first baby I was very nervous as didnt feel kicks and movements when I shld have but with 2nd, felt them earlier, also my deliveries were easier too. Try not to fret, just enjoy !!

congrats, i found it different, despite both actual pregnancies being the same, mentally it was different, 1-beacause i had done it b4, all the little niggly things i panicked over 1st time round were easier to cope with and i had experience of, and 2-bcoz i already had a little one to look after the 2nd time seemed to fly by, i was so looking forward to it 1st time around it seemed to take forever but although i was just as excited 2nd time around it seemed to be the big day so quickly, relax, enjoy your pregnancy, good luck x

Just like all children are different, all pregnancies are also different. Your symptoms will change, your body will take on a different amount of weight, and labor will come faster with each child.
