I've been seeing 4 or 5 black butterflies today... 3 of them at school and 1 or 2 more at home. Is it bad luck or something?

They were believed as a soul of a dead person, special to you. Perhaps you may forgot them, that's why they're making their presence known, or, perhaps they're just visiting you.
Another, is that it might just be a moth, a black moth. About the color, it's a natural cause, refer to scince knowledge about this. And what it means.... well, so it like what i said before. It was taken from the belief of Chinese, a superstition. It's up to you if you believe it though, but it won't hurt to try ^_^

It means that you are shortly going to take a long ocean voyage on the same ship as Leonardo diCaprio, whom you will meet unexpectedly one morning and who will fall madly in love with someone else. The trip will end badly, unfortunately, as the ship will hit an iceberg, causing all your luggage to be thrown overboard and lost forever at the bottom of the sea.
