I know it is uncomfortable but you must confront him if you feel like this was not accidental. If your unsure, maybe next time this occurs say "excuse me, that was really embarrassing," just so he knows you noticed it.

If you are a child though, you should tell your Aunt immediately because you could be in danger. Do you have contact with your parents? If so, let them know.

Seriously you are in a very vulnerable situation. It would take alot of guts to confront him or the aunt on this situation, alot of ppl wouldn't do it because what your afraid of happening will most likely happen. However you should take this time to be looking for another place. How old are you?? Is it possible to find a roommate? if not , is there any others you could stay with? Don't ignore the situation whatever you do otherwise it could turn dangerous. Theres always a resolution to a difficult situation.

Try setting up a camera/viedeocam/phone videocam(make sure he doesn't know). This time make yourself easy to brush against. The camera will capture the whole process.

Don't show it to them just yet. Since you said he is always finding excuse, make your self easy and let him brush against them for a few occasions/days.

After you get these recordings, make sure you make copies of them and store them at safe places(e.g. the safest place is not in your house, ask your best friend to keep it for you, or in your school locker).

Then show it to your aunt, she'll decide what to do. Don't mention anything to anyone while doing it. Coz secrets might leak out.

It's best if you explain to your uncle that you find he's invading your personal space and that where you come from, this is taboo. You don't have to involve your aunt at this stage and I'm certain your uncle won't tell her you've spoken to him about it.
Good luck - not a nice position to be in.

Why don't you tell your parents where ever they are?. That way they will know what's going on and don't be scared that's your right to protect yourself. If anything happen they are responsible if something bad happen. If you don't act now your uncle will think it is okay for him to do that to you. You will feel guilty if you don't say anything about it. Who do you think who can help you to protect yourself, no one but you, right. So, okay start right now and don't be afraid. Later on you might blame yourself for not doing nothing.
