Write to him at that address. Try calling him after getting his number from Directory Enquiries (in the 'phone book). Or send a taxi to that address.

write to the address, enclose an extra letter in with the one for Mekaeel just incase he has since moved on. Ask the current occupier to please forward the letter to him if they knew where he went or ask if they have a number for him.
Enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your name and address on it, and if he's not there at least they can write back to you and let you know.

try searching for him on 192.com. this is the electoral register and should be able to tell you what addressed he has registered to and may even have a telephone number for him
