Do not worry. It is because of acute constipation. You have to get this constipation out of your body. It is not advisable to take any medicine. Instead I request you to practice the following and you will be alright in a months time. if you neglect then you may have piles or fissures or even cancer. -
How To Avoid Constipation
Eat more fruit and vegetables. These high fiber foods bulk up stool making it easier to pass.
1.Drink lots of fluids (water is best), this helps to make stool softer.
2.Get adequate sleep
3.Eat meals at regular times. Breakfast is the most important.
4.Exercise regularly. Do exercises which can increase the tone of lower abdominal and pelvic muscles.
5.Do not ignore the urge to have a bowel movement because you are too busy.
6.Allow time (15 min. at least) after breakfast to sit on the toilet. Relax and don't strain.
7.Avoid medications that are constipating if at all possible. Calcium, iron and narcotic analgeseics are just a few of these.
8.Do not take harsh laxatives unless directed by a doctor.
9.Add additional bulk to the diet with bran.
10.Cut back on dairy foods such as cheese, and on eggs which can be constipating.
11.Practice relaxation techniques. Stress can cause constipation.
12.Consider adding more fiber to your diet when traveling. Changes in routine can cause constipation.
Additional Tips:
1.If constipation is a new problem and persists, you should follow-up with your doctor.
2.If constipation is accompanied by abdominal pain or blood in the stool you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
3.If you alter between diarrhea and constipation you should see a doctor and be evaluated.-

Your constipated and your poo is so packed, it is ripping your anus causing the bleeding. You can give yourself a soapy enema, or use a suppository. They will make it slippery and help the hard poo slip out. This can cause hemmoroids, so from now on if you don't poo by the 3 rd day give yourself an enema.

As usual - not enough information to give a full answer. But it sounds as though you are constipated. It's simple really two litres of water per day, at least 30g of fibre (suiggest Lepicol from health food shops as insurance). exercise everyday, elevate your feet whilst pooing. Have a course of colonics and your therapist will help you to get your bowels in order.

Could be a couple of things...an anal fissure - a small laceration in your anal area. If you are constantly constipated and straining to have a bowel movement, you can cause a tear in your anal area - a fissure. It could also be hemorrhoids - internal or external. Either way, there are remedies for both - take to a doc or a pharmacist could recommend some OTC treatments.

It sounds like you might have piles. I know it is embarrassing but I would advise you see a doctor if it has got this bad. Piles can be easily treated and you will feel much better. They are quite comman so you wont be the only one.

Best of luck.

Sounds like haemarrhoids. Check with a doctor, make sure it's nothing worse. There are creams available. Just hope they help.
