he might know about it.. he might think that if she is with other woman its not cheating unlike being with a man ..
my husband works away from home for months at a time and he told me that if i slept with a woman its not cheating unlike it would be with a man...

Stay out of it. You may be interpreting a platonic, same-sex friendship as something else. And besides that, it really is none of your business. Don't give the poor guy anything else to worry about while he is overseas.
What you are contemplating is a very good way to destroy the friendship between you and your buddy. STOP what you are thinking about right now.
